Wooden çardak 1, overlooking village and landscape

On the hillside above the village, residents maintain fruit and vegetable gardens, and built simple wooden platform shelters for rest and enjoyment. As many people have moved away from Üzümdere, few of these continue to be used, and are in disrepair. However, they are recognized as important elements of rural life in the Taurus region.
