An architect named Nikola Nikolaidis is created for the design of this symmetrical double house, notable for the tower-like octagonal rooms on the third floor at both corners. Balconies front the second level windows. The tall, narrow windows are topped by elaborate clerestory openings. The building was constructed in the late 19th century.
