Zidanica from gate
Kozje, Slovenia
The closer view of the entry end of the structure shows the simple attachment of the wooden boughs and a detail of the braiding of the projected ends of the straw roof. The pent-hip of the roof provides greater space for use in the roof attic area. At the distant corner of the main level, one can see that a separate simple trellis is in place along that surface of the building. (photo 1988)
