Wooden Chapel north side and northwest corner detail

The raised eaves of the roof extends just beyond the side door of the chapel. With this side door open and the pivoting roof planks open on the other side of the roof, the chapel is ventilated during the summer months. The corner dovetail joinery of the wall and sill panels shows the relative thinness of the enclosing walls. The stone base for the chapel is minimal given the severe winters of the Zlatibor region.
