Cula Duca, view from Cerdac of landscape to northeast
Măldăreşti, Romania
The cerdac provides provides a view to Buila Vânturarița mountain of the Transylvanian Alps, part of the southern Carpathian mountain range. The eastern corners of the cerdac are formed by solid portions of the cula walls articulated to match the base, shaft, and capital of the columns that form the arched openings along the eastern side.
