Kuќa at ulica Nikola Gurović 11, view from southwest
Kruševo, Macedonia
The south elevation of the dwelling shows the clever stepping of the facade to provide maximum exposure to the midday and afternoon sun. The central section contains the čardak space on each of the upper levels. Drs. Hadži-Aleksievska and Volinjeć have done proportional studies of this and a number of the dwellings in Kruševo that address modularity and proportions of building composition in plan, section and elevation.
