Kula Ibrahim Hodže, 19th century

The upper floors of this kula are seen from a distance over a farmyard wall, and reveal the projecting erker (oriel) element of the top-floor dyshekllak (veranda), built of wood. This wooden element serves to create a comfortable interior seating banquette called the dysheklluku to overlook the landscape and compound below.
