Kăštata na Evlambius (House of Evlambius) with balcony
Nesebăr (Nessebur), Bulgaria
This large house appears to have two floors of living spaces of wooden construction set above a traditionally reinforced masonry ground level wall that continues beyond the building to form a street wall that encloses garden space. The house was constructed in 1850. A top floor balcony, supported on angled brackets, overlooks the garden. A tall chimney rises above the clay-tiled roof.
