Farm 1 Gateway, Kotobanja with gallery and projecting balcony

The kotobanja structure roof spans above the gateway area that allows entrance to the gardens and fields to the rear of the farm lot. One can see that the corn crib occupies only two-thirds of the width of the upper level leaving space for the gallery that faces the courtyard. The projecting balcony is supported by wooden beams that cantilever beyond the top of the lower level masonry walls.
