Ambar & Kotobanja at Pazovačka 42 viewed from courtyard
Golubinci, Vojvodina
View of structure from courtyard reveals the steps up into the summer kitchen in the distance and the projecting balconies that provide access to the kotobanja (corn crib) and the ambar (granary). The ground level walls contain gateways (or gated openings) for access to storage areas under the kotobanja and ambar. The large opening at right serves as a garage for equipment. The balconies appear to be supported by wooden beams that extend out from under the upper level framing.
