Dolenjci 23, connection to barn

The covered link between the dwelling and the barn (and hay drying loft) sits partially on an older masonry footing and has received a clay tile roof. The valley (where the tile roof meets the straw roofing) shows the difficulty in jointing the materials easily. The plank wall of the link appears to be simple infill between the house and the post that supports the gate leaf. No inner court post is present to support the far lower edge of the link roof.
