Manastir Crna Reka, projecting wooden galleries
Ribariće, Serbia
To the right of the bridge are monastic cells below and the church above, each level with a wooden gallery. The galleries are supported with diagonal wooden braces, and steeply roofed, and with solid railings are well protected from inclement weather. The church shows the only area with white surface rendering over a portion of its masonry wall.
