Konstancalieva kăšta, view of stair leading to summer room

The summer living room on the northeast corner of the dwelling gives an overlook to two parts of the courtyard. Wooden stairs provide access to the upper level. The projecting wood-framed element is constructed of studs, infill panels and coated with a white-washed plaster. The wooden roof structure is extended to shade the window openings. This roof structure is supported by brackets to carry the weight of the clay tiles.
