Wooden Mill from upstream on the Una
Otoka, Bosnia
Otoka is a town on the Una River, in northwest Bosnia. Many mills in this district are raised on tall piers within the river, and powered by vertical waterwheels. A plank walkway provides access from the riverbank, and a porch addition to this mill creates a delightful overlook of the river landscape. This mill was in use, and the miller present, at the time of our visit.
