Vajat (sleeping quarters)

This outbuilding served to supplement the Putnik farm household as sleeping quarters for young married family members, and as additional work space or storage. Also part of the open air museum, the vayat is of similar construction to the main house, but without a hearth. Like the main house, it is not oriented to the street in the perpendicular manner of later planning regulations.
