Ambar & Kotobanja Pazovačka 64, detail view
Golubinci, Vojvodina
The ground level interior spaces of the granary & corn crib structure were used to store tools, equipment and house livestock and poultry. The wood exposed to the weather was typically oak. The relief carving on the vertical plank of the ambar, at the left, has been identified as an oak leaf. Ornate decorative pieces are fit into each of the larger openings and a decorative transom piece occurs in each of the gallery openings.
