Granary complex from street

A second view reveals the horizontal log construction and extended section of the upper portion of the granary, perhaps a space for other storage purposes. The dwelling can be seen beyond, a two-story structure with porch overlooking the farmyard. In this arid and barren environment, wood must have been obtained from distant mountains to the east.
