Wooden Barn for haydrying loft and equipment storage

The barn has an external structure with inboard enclosure plank walls. The straw roof appears to have an added light metal ridge cap. The rear of the roof has a full hip and the front a pent-hip form. Each of the wooden columns has braces to the head plate; the bases of the columns appear to rest on large stones. The wooden purlins accept the straw roofing material directly to allow for ventilation of the organic material.
