Traditional granary (ambar)

Moračko-Trebaljevo is a small town north of Kolašin, along the Morača River, where the rural architecture shows Dinaric characteristics. This small farm outbuilding, an ambar, has an exceptionally handsome hipped roof, with rows of wood shingles aligned with the form, from raised ridge to differing sizes and overhangs of the two hips. The ambar had been recently rehabilitated.
