Labljane, Kosovo
Labljane is a small settlement in the municipality of Novo Brdo, in eastern Kosovo. This remote farmstead consists of buildings rarely seen by the late 20th century, their steep straw roofs and woven thresh (wattle & daub) walls supplanted in most places by more modern construction methods. The main dwelling is at the left, with two outbuildings beyond.
