Wooden Barn with haydrying racks
Plavić, Croatia
Plavić is a village just north of Zagorska Sela, and also borders the Sutla River and Slovenia. The river valley is dotted with farms that have similar building traditions on both sides, as is evident in the barns with hayracks here and in nearby Kumrovec, a borrowing from the kozolci of Slovenia. This large barn has hayracks on all sides, with ample storage space in the interior, and a small shed addition.
