Small kulla at base of new highway

Klos, Albania

Construction of a major national highway (Rruga e Kombit that connects Albania with Kosovo) has destroyed the site of this former dwelling, a two-story kulla-like building. A corbelled projection above the door is an element typical of kullë in Albania and Kosovo.
